A First for the Mophus

So, something big happened today.  Our little Sophie went to her very first art lesson.  She will be alternating weeks with Grace from now on.  When I arrived to pick her up, she and Mia proudly showed me Sophie's first masterpiece.  Jessica, her teacher, told me that she was surprisingly focused considering her age and the hour and a half class time and that she even wanted to start another picture when she finished her first.  Poor Grace was sad not to be there with her sisters today but touched my heart by rushing to the door when we got back, looking over Sophie's picture and saying, "Wow Sophie!  That's super good."
Another day that reminded me of all we have to be thankful for.
