Friday was the first day of spring and today, the Doyle pool opened for the season. The girls have been lobbying for me to get their little pool out for weeks but I've encouraged them to wait till it warmed up just a little more. This afternoon, Daddy gave in and filled the pool. He put it at the bottom of the slide and the girls had their very own water slide. Seeing them play, it's hard to believe that two of them were down for the count yesterday. Hopefully their little swim doesn't set them back at all.
Jack and Barbara came over and all of us were outside playing bean bags, boche ball and around the world. I can just smell summer and can't wait for it to get here!
