We're making the long drive back to Texas. We've been doing it in two days the last few times we've made the trip which is easier in some ways, harder in others. I'd have to give the girls a D+ for car behavior today. They enjoyed a book on CD that we picked up at Cracker Barrel (I highly recommend checking out their selection if you enjoy that sort of thing). Other than that though, their main source of entertainment was tormenting their sisters. It may be time to invest in a portable DVD player (or a glass screen behind the driver's seat). We're hoping for smoother sailing tomorrow and we are all anxious to give big hugs to Madeleine when we pull in to Casa Doyle tomorrow night!
